Mostbet Terms and Conditions

When users register on our website or Mostbet free app, they accept the platform’s terms and conditions. The page outlines important rules regarding account use, deposits, withdrawals, and prohibited actions. It also explains users’ responsibilities and the consequences of not following these guidelines. If you break any of the stated rules, Mostbet has the right to block your account. The platform takes these steps to maintain a safe and fair environment for all users.

Be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules of the Mostbet platform.

General Terms

These Rules explain how bets are placed, winnings are paid, disputes are handled, and how betting on different sports works. They set out the relationship between the client and the betting company. When you place a bet, you agree that you have read and accepted these Rules.

The betting company accepts bets on sports and events worldwide, except in regions where betting is banned. The platform promotes responsible gambling behaviour and encourages users to bet only if they can control themselves.

Bets are only accepted from those who are 18 years or older or meet the legal age requirement in their area. Users cannot place bets if they are minors, involved in the events they bet on, work for other betting companies, or misuse their accounts. Other restrictions apply, such as clients with multiple accounts, those using dishonest methods, or those who use illegal funds for betting.

Each user can only have one account. The company can ask for identification to verify your identity, and payments may be delayed until verification is completed. If the information provided is incorrect, the company can cancel bets or stop payments.

The betting company can close accounts, block funds, or impose restrictions if you break these rules, try to influence the outcome of bets, or engage in fraud or other illegal activities.

Mostbet betting company is not responsible for any indirect losses or damages from technical problems like internet issues or software failures.

These rules may change at any time. Any updates will take effect 14 days after being posted on the website. Users will be notified about changes by email.

The company can transfer its rights and obligations to others without telling users in advance. Users cannot transfer their rights under these rules to anyone else. The English version of these rules is the official one and takes priority over any translations.

Account Registration and Management

To register with the Betting Company, you should give accurate personal details, such as your date of birth, full name, address, email, and phone number. All submitted data is handled according to the Mostbet privacy policy, ensuring your information is protected. A verification email and SMS code will be sent for confirmation. The information must be correct, and the company may reject registration if any details are wrong.

After registration, you must follow the Betting Company’s rules and confirm you know your country’s gambling laws. Additional documents may be required as part of the Mostbet verify procedure to authenticate your identity. If you don’t comply, the account may be suspended.

If your account is inactive for 12 months, you will be notified. A storage fee of 6,500 BDT per month may be charged until the account is reactivated.

Documents for verification include:

  • Passport or ID card;
  • A recent utility bill (no older than 3 months);
  • Proof of funds used for betting.

If you do not place any bets within 12 months of opening your account or from their last bet, the account will be marked as inactive. The Betting Company will send a notification 28 days before the inactivity period ends if the account balance is positive.

Once inactive, a monthly storage fee of 6,500 BDT (or the equivalent in the account’s currency) will be charged. This fee will continue until the account is reactivated by placing a bet or doing any other activity, or until the balance reaches zero. The fee will never exceed the remaining account balance.

Any unclaimed winnings or refunds will be void after 12 months from the last activity on the website. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any login or account issues should be reported to the support team. If you re-register under a new name or use fake documents, any bets made will be cancelled, and the Betting Company may block the account for investigation.

The Betting Company’s support team works to resolve issues as quickly as possible, typically within 20 days, though this may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

Financial Transactions

A bet placed on a specific event outcome is considered a win if all the outcomes are predicted correctly. The Betting Company will settle bets based on the official results of the event. Any claims about the results must be supported by official documents from the relevant sports authorities. In the case of an event where the outcome is determined by a random number generator, the results shown on the server of the Betting Company or its partners will be final. If there is a difference between the results shown on a customer’s device and the server data, the server’s records will take precedence. By placing a bet, you agree to accept any outcome decided by a random number generator.

An event is only considered postponed or cancelled if official sources confirm it, such as sports federations, clubs, or other reliable sports information outlets. The Betting Company will use this information to make changes to the event listings on the betting site.

If a team does not take part in a match, all bets will be refunded at odds of 1, and the missing team will be assigned a technical loss.

Winnings are generally paid out within 30 calendar days from the publication of the final results of the last event in a bet. Big winnings, defined as 260,000 BDT or more, go through a verification process by the Betting Company and its partners. If the winnings are mistakenly credited before this process and later found to be unjustified, they will be reversed. You must check your Personal Account to verify the winnings credited. If there is a dispute over the amount, you must notify the Betting Company within 10 days.

If you are wrongly credited with money and uses it to place further bets, the Betting Company may cancel those bets and withdraw any winnings that resulted from them.

You can deposit and withdraw money using various methods, depending on the Mostbet payment options available in their Personal Account. The Betting Company sets limits for withdrawals at 650,000 BDT per day, 2,000,000 BDT per week, and 6,500,000 BDT per month. These limits can change at the discretion of the Betting Company.

Withdrawals typically take up to 72 hours for amounts under 130,000 BDT. For larger amounts, it may take up to 7 working days. In some cases, the Betting Company may withhold a commission to cover withdrawal costs. If the payment details for a withdrawal do not match the original deposit information, the request may be denied.

The Betting Company can refuse a withdrawal if the user has not made sufficient bets in relation to their deposit. If your account is inactive or if you have only made low-odds bets, withdrawals may also be denied.

Ensure that your deposits come from your own funds. The Betting Company will not accept deposits from third parties. If any funds are deposited by a third party, the Betting Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

Users are responsible for any fees related to payment systems when depositing or withdrawing funds. The Betting Company may decide to reimburse certain fees, but this is at their discretion and may change at any time.

Dispute Resolution Process

In case of a dispute, the results from official sources like sports federations or team websites will be used to settle bets. The Betting Company can also use its own sources or broadcasts if needed. If there is a difference in results from official sources, the Betting Company can decide which one to follow. When a specific source is mentioned, that source will determine the result. Any statistical information in the betting line is for reference only and won’t be used to settle bets. The actual event start time is based on official documents or websites, and the Betting Company chooses the source of information.

If an event is delayed or postponed for over 48 hours, bets will be cancelled, unless the Betting Company decides otherwise. For live bets, if an event stops but resumes within 5 hours, all bets stay valid. If it doesn’t resume within 5 hours, the bets will be settled with odds of 1. If a competitor withdraws before the event starts, all bets on that competitor are cancelled. In team events, if a player is replaced, bets remain valid unless otherwise stated.

If there is a change in the “home team” or “away team,” bets remain valid. In friendly matches, if the venue changes, bets are still valid. If more than one winner is declared, the odds are divided among the winners. For disputes, the Betting Company makes the final decision. Users must submit written claims within 10 days, with supporting documents, and claims will be reviewed within 20 days.

The Fight Against Money Laundering and International Terrorism

The Betting Company takes strong actions to prevent money laundering and the funding of international terrorism through its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. The company is committed to upholding strict standards to avoid illegal activities and follows the necessary laws and its internal policies.
